Thymora is the brand operating the cooking and recipe-management service available at thymora.app. These Terms govern use of the Thymora service, including Free, Plus and Pro plans.

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity performed through your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

You retain responsibility for recipes, photos, files, profile information, and other content you add. You give Thymora permission to process and store that content only as needed to operate and improve the features you request.

Only import or share content you have the right to use. Source links and attribution do not replace permission. You are responsible for respecting recipe-site terms, copyrights, and other rights.

Do not misuse Thymora, access another person's data, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, evade security controls, or use the service to violate others' rights.

AI-assisted results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review generated or extracted content before relying on it. Thymora does not guarantee AI availability or accuracy.

Nutrition information, tracking and user-entered targets are informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a prescribed weight-management plan. Check important information and consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary decisions.

Thymora may rely on or link to third-party services and websites, including Supabase, AI providers, recipe sources, and Paddle for billing. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.

Plus and Pro are recurring subscriptions. Before purchase, Thymora displays the plan, billing interval, price and included features. Subscriptions renew on the selected interval until canceled, subject to the billing terms shown at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, invoices, taxes and eligible returns or refunds.

You can manage or cancel an active subscription from Thymora's Plans & Billing area. The effective cancellation date and any remaining access are shown in the billing flow.

You may stop using Thymora at any time and signed-in users can delete their account in Settings. We may restrict or end access to protect users, enforce these terms, or discontinue the service.

Thymora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
