Thymora

Refund Policy

Last updated 18 September 2026. This policy applies to paid Thymora subscriptions.

Paid subscriptions

Thymora offers optional Plus and Pro subscription plans. The plan, billing interval, price and any discount are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Payments and merchant of record

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for paid Thymora subscriptions. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, invoices and eligible refunds under its buyer terms and refund procedures. Thymora does not store full payment-card details.

You can also review Paddle's published Refund Policy.

Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal according to the effective cancellation date shown in the billing flow. Cancellation by itself does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.

Refund requests

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Refund eligibility may depend on applicable law, the purchase circumstances, and Paddle's buyer terms and refund procedures.

If you believe a charge was made in error, was duplicated, or you have another refund-related issue, use the buyer-support options provided with your Paddle purchase or contact Thymora Support so the request can be reviewed.

Account deletion

Permanently deleting a Thymora account is separate from requesting a refund and does not itself create a refund request. Subscription-management and cancellation controls are available from Plans & Billing for paid accounts.

Contact
